Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp yeast
  • 1.5 cup warm water (not hot)

Directions

  1. Mix flour and salt
  2. Mix warm water with yeast
  3. Mix dry and wet ingredients
  4. Let rise covered for 1 hour
  5. If desired: (I didn’t)
  6. To help fasten the rise, heat your oven to 50c whilst you mix, then turn off and place the bowl inside the oven. Leave it as extra long as you wish.
  7. Heat oven to 425f
  8. Make water bath with small glass tray to put on the rack below bread
  9. Cover baking sheet with parchment paper
  10. Make 6 buns (can try 8), no need to roll it, can just slap it on the tray
  11. Cook for 25min or until golden brown
