Ingredients

  • 450 g kjøttdeig
  • 3 ss tacokrydder
  • 170 g hakkede tomater
  • 1 chili, hakket
  • 1,5 cups ost, revet
  • 6 stk store tortillalefser

Directions

  1. Sett stekeovnen på 190°C.
  2. Stekk kjøttdeigen brun. Tilsett tacokrydder, tomater og chili, og rør sammen.
  3. Skjær tortillalefsene i firkanter, og skjær så disse firkantene i fire mindre firkanter.
  4. Smør et muffinsbrett med olje eller margarin.
  5. Legg én tortillabit i hver muffinsform, og fyll på med 1,5 ss kjøttdeigblanding og 1 ss ost. Legg på enda én tortillabit, 1,5 ss kjøttdeigblanding og 1 ss ost.
  6. Pensle kanten på tortillalefsene lett med olje.
  7. Stek i 18-20 minutter, til tortillalefsene er gyllenbrune på kanten.
