  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 diced onion
  • 2 garlic cloves or 1/2 t garlic powder
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t turmeric
  • 1/4 t shatah- chili powder
  • 1 T chicken soup mix
  • 1 T curry powder
  • 1 c rinsed quinoa
  • 2 c hot water

  1. Sauté onions 5 min. With spices. Add quinoa an let toast another 5 min. Add water an let simmer covered for 25 min.
