  • 250 ml de chá de hortelã (opcional, pode ser substituido por caldo de legumes caseiro)
  • 100 g de tomates-cereja cortados ao meio
  • Alecrim, tomilho ou ervas de sua preferência
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de hortelã e 2 de salsinha picados
  • Suco de 1 limão
  • Sal e pimenta
