Dan Gooch's Chili 1995 State Chili Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 lbs. beef, stew beef or leftover steak
- 3 8 oz, Neeses Hot Country Sausage
- Fry sausage, and drain. add above ingred. together
- 1/3 c. onions
- 1 1/2 T. garlic
- 1 can beef broth
- 3 - 8 oz. cans of tomato sauce
- 2 1/2 T. cumin
- 1 4 oz. can green chilies
- 1 jalapeno pepper or use from jar
- 1 t. black pepper
- 9 T. chili powder
- 1 t. tobasco
- 1/2 T. brown sugar
