Dark Red Velvet Protein Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1.5 scoop Cocoa Cardio (or cocoa powder to make it just chocolate flavored)
  • ½ scoop protein powder (chocolate flavor preferably)
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 8-10 drops Chocolate Stevia
  • dash of cinnamon (optional)
  • natural red coloring (optional, I didn’t use this, but you can)¬¬
