Put potatoes, chicken broth and cream of chicken soup and HALF of the bacon pieces into the crock pot. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
Cook on low for 8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
An hour before serving, cut cream cheese into cubes and add to crock pot, stirring occasionally through the final hour. Once cream cheese is melted completely you're ready to serve!
Top with shredded cheese and some additional bacon pieces.
