1. Cook falafels in EVOO or coconut oil (you can also just heat in the microwave or oven but I find they dry out too much unless homemade)
2. Prepare bowl base - place rice, mixed greens, alfalfa in a bowl; once cooked, add the falafels
3. Prepare dressing - I rarely measure ingredients for sauces and just go by taste but an approximation would be 1-2tbsp tahini, 1/2tbsp EVOO, 1/2-1tbsp ACV, juice from half a lemon, 1 crushed garlic clove and then thin down sauce to liking with warm water - then wish together
4. Drizzle on dressing, then top with a dollop of hummus and sesame seeds
