Falafel Wrap

Ingredients

1 x wrap
3 falafels
Lettuce
Tomato
Shredded Carrot
Spinach
Roasted capsicum
Mayonnaise

Directions

Lay wrap flat down, top with half lettuce, spinach, tomato and carrot.
Cut falafels and add to wrap, top with roasted capsicum.
Finish with the other half of salad and carrot
