Family Italian Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped finely
  • Chopped parsley
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup water

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, eggs, salt, pepper, cheese, parsley and garlic. Mix well.
  2. Add 1 cup of water and mix again.
  3. Fry meat balls separately to sauce when ready. Allow all to cook for 2 hours.
