Ingredients

  • 40 oz. Withe Fish
  • 20 oz. Red Onion (half sliced)
  • 3/4 cup. Lime Juice (fresh squized)
  • 2 pc. Ají Limo or Ají Arnaucho (Cutted in halves and thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. Celery Juice (obtained with a fine grater)
  • 1/4 tsp. FIne Chopped Cilantro Leaves
  • 1 lb. Sweet Potatoes
  • 1 lb. Choclo (Peruvian Corn)
  • 4 pc. Lettuce Leaves
