Directions

  1. Preheat the oven, lay the fish on a baking tray sprinkle with oil, slice the tomatoes, and add to the fish, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and grill until golden brown.
  2. Serve with cooked couscous and steam broccoli.
  3. Enjoy with 1 serve ice cream.
