Flatbread Apple, Brie, & Caramelized Onions

Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 onion, sliced thin
  • 6-8 ounces of Brie cheese, cubed
  • Hot honey
  • Handful of spinach

Directions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat & add your sliced onion with some onion. Sauté for about 5 minutes, until nice and caramelized
  2. Preheat oven to 400F and brush flatbreads with olive oil.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Add the Brie cheese, apples, caramelized onions, & spinach to the flatbreads. Bake for 12-14 minutes until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.
  5. Top with hot honey & enjoy!
