  • 1 cup Luke warm water
  • 2 tsp Yeast
  • 2 tsp caster sugar
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 2 2/3 cups plain flour
  • 2 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Whisk water, yeast and sugar in a bowl and set aside for 5 min.
  2. Whisk in oil
  3. In a food processor blend flor and salt
  4. With the machine running add yeast mixture and process until the dough comes together.
  5. Knead on floured surface for 5 min.
  6. Divide into 6 pieces and shape into balls. Set aside covered for 45 min.
  7. Roll out to 4 mm thick oil and grill/bake/fry until cooked. 2 min each side.
  8. Wrap in a clean tea towel to keep warm.
