  • Kosher salt
  • ½ to 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 to 2 hot peppers, chopped (jalapenos will work here)
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 large lemon juice of

  • 1 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tomato, diced
