Gala Pecan Spread
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tablespoons milk
- 1 jar (2.5 oz.) sliced dried beef
- 1 cup finely chopped green pepper
- 2 Tablespoons onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- 2 T butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions
- Mix cream cheese, milk, stir in beef, green pepper, onion, seasonings and mix well.
- Fold in sour cream. Spoon into 8" pie plate.
- Heat pecans in melted butter and salt; sprinkle over cheese mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Usually what you bake it in is the same dish you serve it in. Enjoy!
