Garlic Blue Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup heavy cream
  • 1medium garlic clove thinly sliced
  • 6 oz blue cheese
  • Fresh ground black pepper

Directions

  1. In medium sized sauce pan over medium high heat bring garlic and cream just to a boil. Lower heat and simmer until the cream coats the back of a spoon, approximately 5 - 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
  2. Stir in crumbled blue cheese.
  3. Season to taste with fresh ground pepper and salt.
  4. Can be made 2 days in advance. Cover and refrigerate.
  5. Bring to room temperature before serving.
