1) combine soy sauce, olive oil,pepper & hot sauce to marinate the steak- refrigerate
2)in large skillet over med - high heat mix 1 T olive oil & 1 T butter- when butter is melted add potato wedges & cook about 4-5 min or until done- remove from pan
3)In same skillet over medium heat - add remaining 2 T butter, garlic & red chili pepper flakes & fresh herbs
4) ****save marinate- put steak slices in skillet and make sure cooked - about 1 min (may need to cook smaller batches at time)
5) right before steak is done you can add remaining marinate if you like & cook until steak is done
****serve with potatoes****
