• 1 t fresh thyme (chopped)
• 1 t fresh rosemary (chopped)
• 1 t fresh oregano (chopped)
• salt & pepper
• Marinade
• 1/3 c soy sauce
• 1 T olive oil
• 1 T Sriaracha
• pepper
• red chili pepper flakes (optional)
