Gluten Free (or Not) Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

  • 225 g dark chocolate
  • 150 g ground almonds
  • 100g chopped nuts
  • 225 g butter
  • 200 g caster sugar
  • 2tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 Large Beaten eggs

Directions

  1. Meld dark chocolate and butter slowly on stove. Put aside to cool and add sugar and vanilla extra and stir in. Then pour in eggs mixed and ground almonds and nuts. Pour mixture in an oven proof dish. bake for 20-25 minutes at 170º. Drain any excess butter off of the top. Leave to cool then serve.
