  • 800g de batatas-doces 
  • 1 c. de sopa de manteiga 
  • 1 c. de café de sal fino 
  • 1 c. de café de noz-moscada moída 
  • Pimenta moída q.b.
  • 120g de farinha de milho e 1 c. de sopa (adicional, para polvilhar a bancada)
  • Para o pesto
  • 100g rúcula 
  • 1 dente de alho 
  • 20g de miolo de amêndoa 
  • 8 c. de sopa de azeite 
  • 1 c. de chá de sal
