  • - 4 bolletjes knoflook
  • - 100g gemalen kaas

Directions

  1. 1. Breng melk & room aan de kook en voeg de gepelde knoflook toe.
  2. 2. Breng op smaak met peper,zout & nootmuskaat.
  3. 3. Snijd de aardappelen in dunne plakjes (niet wassen).
  4. 4. Schik de aardappelen in een beboterde ovenschotel.
  5. 5. Zeef het mengsel over de schotel tot de aardappelen drie kwart onder staan
  6. 6. 30 minuten in de oven op 160 graden
  7. 7. Bestrooi met kaas en dan nog 15 in de oven
