Ingredients

  • 1 rödlök
  • 2 dl röda linser
  • 5 dl grönsaksbuljong (vatten + fond/tärning)
  • 2 vitlöksklyftor
  • 50 g färsk bladspenat
  • 4 tomater (eller 15-20 körsbärstomater)
  • 2 dl grädde
  • Salt, vitpeppar

  1. Strimla löken. Lägg löken, linserna och buljongen i en stekpanna och låt koka 10 min. Rör sen ner riven vitlök, bladspenat, grovhackade tomater och grädde. Låt koka 5 min, tills tomaterna blivit varma men fortfarande håller formen och spenaten har sjunkit ihop. Smaka av.
