Greek Feta Dip

Ingredients

  • 12 Oz. Feta
  • 1 C. Greek yogurt
  • 8 Oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/4 C. extra-virgin olive oil
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped dill
  • Kosher salt
  • Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 C. cupped cucumber
  • 1/2 C. pint cherry tomatoes, halved

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine feta, greek yogurt, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice and zest. With a hand mixer, mix until fluffy. Season with salt and crushed red pepper flakes and stir in dill.
  2. Transfer to a serving bowl. Top with cucumber and tomatoes. Garnish with more dill and drizzle with olive oil. Serve with pita chips for dipping.
