  • 1/4 teaspoon ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges, for serving (optional)
