Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 &1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsp dry mustard
  • 2 -3/4 lb tenderloins

Directions

  1. Combine 1st 9ingredients and place in ziplock bag. Add tenderloins and marinate in refrigerator 8 hours.
  2. Grill over medium high heat for 20-25 minutes turning occasionally. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing
  3. Sauce
  4. 2 tbsp minced horseradish
  5. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  6. 1/2 cup brown sugar
  7. Combine in small sauce pan and cook over medium heat until sugar melted. Pour over tenderloin
