1.In a blender, blend all the ingredients together (except the almonds for garnishing) to form a nice batter. You may need to add 2-3 tbsp of water if your blender doesn’t blend
2.Heat a thick bottomed stainless steel kadhai/ pan.
3.Pour this mixture into the kadhai and heat well stirring continuously till all the water evaporates and it becomes a thick mass.
4) The halwa is ready.
5) Garnish with slivered almonds and serve hot and enjoy😊
