Directions

  1. 1. Soak Chana dal overnight. Give it a slight boil (5-7 min) in an open container in the morning, to get it softer
  2. 2. Grind garlic, ginger and mix this with boiled Chana dal. Add garam masala
  3. 3. Add salt, turmeric, chili, and coriander (if available). Stir mix while squishing the dal slightly
