Ingredients

  • 1 inch of ginger root
  • 1 inch of turmeric root
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk alternative)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons maple syrup or agave
  • Black Pepper
  • Slice of Lemon
  • (Optional, I have added a star anise to mine.)
