  • 2 stalks Celery chopped
  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp sweet relish
  • 3 tbsp mayo. For egg-free option, use Fabanaise
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried organo
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (granuales)
  • 1/8 tsp ground white pepper
  • black pepper is an acceptable substitute
  • 1 Avocado chunked
