Ingredients

  • 1 lb shredded green cabbage (or packaged cabbage mix)
  • ⅓ cup thinly sliced green onions (white & green parts)
  • ¼ cup shredded carrots
  • For the Honey-Jalapeño Dressing
  • ⅔ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 5 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1½ tsp seeded, minced Jalapeño
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp Angel Dust Cajun Seasoning
  • ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ tsp hot pepper sauce
  • ¼ tsp ground white pepper
  • ⅛ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • ⅛ tsp ground cayenne pepper

Directions

To make the salad:

  1. Combine the cabbage, onion & carrots in a bowl and set aside

To make the dressing:

  1. Whisk all the ingredients together until combined
  2. Pour dressing over the cabbage and mix throughly. Cover and refridgerate at least 1 hour befor serving.
