Herb Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1#10 can garbanzo beans (chickpeas) (110oz)
  • 1.5 cup water
  • 1/2 of a 16oz can of tahini (3/4 cup)
  • 1/2 tsp oh ground cumin
  • 3 tbsp Kosher salt
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 bunch of Italian flat parsley
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Directions

  1. Drain chickpeas well with a colander, let’s sit in colander for five minutes. discard liquid. Mince parsley, then add all to the food processor and blend.
