Honey Spiced Whipped Cream (great On Apple Pie)
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup well chilled heavy cream
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
- In a chilled bowl, beat the cream with the other ingredients until it holds in soft peaks.
