House Chili (winter)
Ingredients
- 6 chubs Ground Beef
- 7.5 lbs of Diced Onions
- 2.5 lbs of Diced Bell Pepper
- 3 3/4 cup of Chili Powder
- 3/4 cup of Paprika
- 1 cup of Cumin
- 1 1/2 cups of Minced Garlic
- 1 cup of Brown Sugar
- 1 1/4 cup of Salt
- 1/2 c of Pepper
- 3 quarts of Au Jus
- 2 cans of Chili Sauce
- 1 1/2 cups of Cholula
- 3 cans of Black Beans
- 3 cans of Kindey Beans
- 3 cans of Pinto Beans
Directions
DO NOT DRAIN THE BEANS
In big steam Pot
Brown hamburger meat
Add peppers and onions
Mix thoroughly
Add all remaining ingredients, and bring to a boil
Reduce heat to 145° Let simmer for 35 minutes
Stir ingredients occasionally
Pan up in 400 pans
Label and date properly
Cool in Blaster 22° for 4.5 hrs
