House Chili (winter)

Ingredients

  • 6 chubs Ground Beef
  • 7.5 lbs of Diced Onions
  • 2.5 lbs of Diced Bell Pepper
  • 3 3/4 cup of Chili Powder
  • 3/4 cup of Paprika
  • 1 cup of Cumin
  • 1 1/2 cups of Minced Garlic
  • 1 cup of Brown Sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup of Salt
  • 1/2 c of Pepper
  • 3 quarts of Au Jus
  • 2 cans of Chili Sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups of Cholula
  • 3 cans of Black Beans
  • 3 cans of Kindey Beans
  • 3 cans of Pinto Beans

Directions

DO NOT DRAIN THE BEANS
In big steam Pot
Brown hamburger meat
Add peppers and onions
Mix thoroughly
Add all remaining ingredients, and bring to a boil
Reduce heat to 145° Let simmer for 35 minutes
Stir ingredients occasionally
Pan up in 400 pans
Label and date properly
Cool in Blaster 22° for 4.5 hrs
