  • 5 oz strong brewed coffee
  • 3 Tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup half and half cream
  • 12 large ice cubes

Directions

  1. Mix hot coffee, brown sugar, and vanilla in a cup;
  2. Stir mixture until sugar is dissolved;
  3. Add cream and let mixture cool for 5 minutes;
  4. Add mixture to blender;
  5. Add ice cubes;
  6. Blend for approximately 1 minute (if using a high-speed blender, pulse the mixture so you don't accidentally liquefy the ice);
  7. Pour into cups, add straws, and enjoy!
