Instant Pot Refried Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • .5 jalapeño pepper
  • 1 lb dry pinto beans
  • 4 cup water
  • 2.5 tbsp chicken bouillon
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 4 cloves minced garlic

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into instant pot. Cook on manual high pressure for 45 minutes. Quick release when done.
  2. Blend with immersion blender to desired consistency.
