Italian Soup
Ingredients
- 1lb hot italian sausage
- 1lb mild Italian sausage
- 14oz chicken broth
- 14oz beef broth
- 28oz hunt diced tomatoes/basil, garlic, oregano
- 1 large onion
- 1 cup chopped Celery
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 2 packages sliced portobello mushrooms
- 2 pack tortellini or ravioli (stuffed with cheese)
- 1 bunch of spinach
- 1/2 cup red wine (optional)
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1 tablespoon Rosemary
- 1 tablespoon garlic
Directions
Remove skin from sausage and cook in skillet.
Deglaze pan with red wine.
Add everything except spinach & tortellini to crock pot/pressure cooker.
Cook 30 minutes on "soup" setting for pressure cooker.
Depressurize, adds spinach & tortellini cook for5 minutes on soup, depressurrize then serve.
