- Cake:
- 1 box duncan hines lemon cake mix
- 1 box lemon instant pudding
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- Icing:
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup lime juice

- Mix cake ingredients and put in greased 9x13 (12x15) pan.
- Bake at 325F for 45-60 min.
- Mix icing ingredients.
- Remove done cake and prick top along cutting lines. Pour and spread icing onto hot cake.
