Ingredients

  • 1.5 Lbs ground beef
  • 1 box barilla no boil lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 2 cups mozzarella provalone
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan
  • 1 1/4 jar pasta sauce
  • 1 can basil garlic diced tomatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1small container low fat ricotta cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Brown and drain ground beef
  3. Add jar of sauce and diced tomatoes
  4. In bowl, mix 2 cups cheese blend, 1 cup mozzarella, 1/2 cup Parmesan and 2 eggs
  5. Put thin layer of sauce on bottom of lasagna pan
  6. Put 4 no boil noodles down
  7. Layer cheese mixture
  8. Layer meatsauce cover with ital seasoning
  9. Make 3 layers tall
  10. Cover meatsauce with 1/2 cup Parmesan and leftover mozzarella.
  11. Cover with fresh basil and aluminum foil
  12. Bake for 40 mins
  13. Remove foil and bake another 10 mins
