  • 2 TBLS Butter
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic
  • 2 Rosemary Sprigs
  • 1/2 Cup White Wine
  • Salt & Pepper

Directions

  1. Melt butter with olive oil on medium/medium high heat.
  2. Brown chicken on medium high.
  3. Turn down heat to medium/medium low.
  4. Add garlic, rosemary, and wine cook uncovered for 5 mins.
  5. Turn chicken over and cover with lid loose 3/4.
  6. Turn every 5 mins. until done.
