Maggie’s Chicken Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 C regular uncooked rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/4 cup sweet onion chopped
  • 2 t Worcestershire
  • 1/2 soup can of water
  • 3/4 soup can of milk
  • 4 chicken thighs with skin on

Directions

  1. Butter a 9x13 pan
  2. Put rice and onion in bottom of pan
  3. Place chicken thighs evenly spaced on top of the rice and onion
  4. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken
  5. Bake at 350 degrees covered with foil for 1 hour
  6. Stir rice and ingredients around and bake another 1 hour uncovered
