Marshmallow Fudge

Ingredients

  • 10 oz Miniature Marsmallow
  • 1 1/2 cup White Sugar
  • 2/3 cup whipping Cream
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 12oz Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips or dark
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Cup Chopped Walnuts

Directions

  1. Combine: Marsmallow, Sugar, Milk, Butter, and Salt
  2. Bring to full boil stirring constantly.
  3. Boil 5min over medium heat stirring constantly
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add Chocolate Chips stir until melted
  6. Add Vanilla and Walnuts (Walnuts Optional)
  7. Pour into 9" x 13" Greased pan
  8. Chill until firm.
