Mash Potato (Buffet/BQT)
Ingredients
- 1 case Yukon potato
- 1 gallon 2% milk
- 1/2 gallon Half & Half
- 4 lb butter
- 1 tub sour cream
- 1 cup salt
- 1 cup garlic powder
- 1/4 cup black pepper
Directions
- Boil potato until fully cooked.
- Drain water from potato
- Add all potato, liquid, and seasoning to mixing bowl
- Mix until combined. Do not over mix!
