Mozzarella Chicken Poppers

  • 450 g kyllingkjøttdeig
  • 2 ss BBQ-saus
  • (1 block) Mozzarella
  • Salt og pepper
  • Krydrede brødsmiler

Directions

  1. Sett stekeovnen på 175°C.
  2. Bland sammen kyllingkjøttdeig, BBQ-saus, salt og pepper i en skål.
  3. Kutt mozzarella i små terninger, og rull én og én bit sammen med kyllingblandingen, og form som en ball.
  4. Rull ballene i krydrede brødsmuler.
  5. Plasser på en smørlagt bakeplate og stek i ca. 20 minutter. Snu ballene når halve steketiden er gått.
  6. Server med en god dip (BBQ-saus er anbefalt)!
