Napa Salad
Ingredients
- 1 head of napa cabbage
- 1/2 cup green onion chopped
- 3/4 stick of butter
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 2 packages of chicken ramen
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
Directions
Combine cabbage and onions and set aside.
Melt butter and add seeds and crumbled noodles and brown.
Combine soy sauce, vinegar, oil, sugar, and seasoning packets of ramen.
Store dressing, noodle mixture and cabbage separately until ready to serve.
