No-Bake Homemade Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter ( I used Wowbutter peanut butter replacement due to a peanut allergy)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats (you could also use quick oats)
  • 1/2 cup crispy rice cereal
  • 3/4 cup chopped pretzels
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (I used regular sized semi-sweet chocolate chips this time)
