  • • 4 cups water

Directions

  1. 1) Soak the oats and seeds for 5 minutes in warm water.
  2. 2) Grind them into a smooth paste with a little water
  3. 3) Add the rest of the water and grind again
  4. 4) Filter through a fine sieve
  5. Your oat milk is ready. Store in a glass jar for upto 3 days in the fridge.
  6. *Variations*
  7. Instead of sunflower seeds one can use sesame or pumpkin seeds or even cashews or almonds.
