Oat Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups organic rolled oats
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup organic plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk (1 Tbs cashew cream plus 1/2 cup water)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbs maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tbs flax
  • optional: 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. Blend dry ingredients in blender.
  2. Add in wet ingredients & blend all together.
  3. Warm a skillet with butter, pour batter onto skilled using 1/4 cup & flip when cooked through.
