One-Pot Garlic Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 cloves of minced garlic
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 12oz. fettuccine pasta
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • salt
  • pepper
  • **optional parsley

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the garlic until it is golden brown.
  2. Add chicken broth, milk, butter, cooked garlic, and pasta into a pot and bring to a boil.
  3. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer while stirring occasionally.
  4. Cook for about 15-20 minutes or until the pasta is soft.
  5. Stir in parmesan then top with parsley and serve.
