  • 5-6 Bone-in Chicken Thighs
  • ⅓ Cup Honey
  • ⅓ Cup Soy Sauce (Can substitute with reduced sodium soy sauce)
  • 1 Tablespoon Rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Toasted Sesame Oil (Optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • ½ Cup Green Onions, sliced (about 4-5 green onions)
  • 1½ Tablespoons Minced Ginger (about 4-5 cloves)
  • 1½ Tablespoons Minced Garlic
  • 1½ Cups Rice
  • 2 Cups Chicken Stock (Can substitute water)
  • Kosher Salt, to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper, to taste
