  • paprika
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Scrub potatoes and cut them lengthwise into quarters.
  3. Blot edges with paper towels.
  4. Put potatoes onto a pan and coat evenly with oil.
  5. Leave the cut side up in a single layer.
  6. Sprinkle with seasoning and cheese.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
